Beginner course for young people and adults starts on September/October 2025 (the minimum age limit for the course is 15 years/ those who turn 15 years old in 2025 )
It is also possible to join our trainings during the season, contact us and ask more!
Suitable training equipment includes a white Aikido Gi or a T-shirt and sweatpants. Please remove all jewelry prior to training.
Practices are on Mondays and Thursdays from 19:30 to 21:00. At the first training, we will be at the Alfa gate in 2nd floor and let you in at 19.15-19.30.
Also bring a water bottle and a sweat towel, as well as sandals/beach slippers suitable for indoor use.
The teacher of the course is Lasse Korpinen, 4th dan.

The parts of the beginners' course fee are:
1.a) Beginner course for adults: €150, includes Alfa wristband and visit fees at trainings included in the course.
1.b) Beginner course for 15-19 year olds: €120, includes Alfa wristband and visit fees at trainings included in the course.
